Terms of Service — AU Studio
App name: AU Studio ("AU Studio", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"), available at https://austudio.vinnn.my.id.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AU Studio. By creating an account, connecting TikTok, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AU Studio.
1. What AU Studio does
AU Studio is a web studio for creating fictional chat and post mockups (alternate universe / AU stories). Users can optionally push their finished mockups to their own TikTok account as a draft (inbox), then finish editing and publish manually inside the TikTok app. AU Studio never publishes to TikTok on its own.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use AU Studio. Google sign-in and database storage are optional; local drafts work without an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.
3. Acceptable use
All mockups are fiction, parody, or entertainment. They must not be used for fraud, harmful impersonation, fabricated evidence, harassment, or disguising real communication. You must not use AU Studio for any unlawful purpose, to violate the rights of others, or to infringe the terms of any third-party platform you connect.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the stories, characters, and mockups you create in AU Studio. You give AU Studio only the permission needed to store, render, and (when you choose) share your content. You are responsible for making sure your content does not violate the law or third-party rights.
5. TikTok integration
Connecting TikTok uses TikTok Login Kit (OAuth). Requested scopes are limited to what the draft-upload feature needs (user.info.basic, video.upload). Access tokens are stored per user, refreshed automatically, and used only to query creator info and upload drafts the user explicitly confirms. Users can disconnect TikTok at any time, which deletes the stored tokens.
6. Third-party services and brands
AU Studio relies on third-party services (Google sign-in, TikTok APIs, and hosting infrastructure), each governed by its own terms. Platform names, logos, and brands belong to their respective owners; AU Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, TikTok, Meta, Apple, or any other platform whose style is offered as a template.
7. Service availability and changes
AU Studio is provided free of charge for personal use. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time, including the TikTok integration if the underlying APIs or approvals change. Server quotas apply per account, and uploaded files that are no longer referenced are cleaned up automatically.
8. Disclaimers
AU Studio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any export will be accepted by a third-party platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AU Studio and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for AU Studio (which is zero, since the App is free).
10. Termination
You may stop using AU Studio at any time and request deletion of your account data using the contact email below. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service to harm others, or create risk or legal exposure for us.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of AU Studio after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
