Privacy Policy — AU Studio

App name: AU Studio ("AU Studio", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"), available at https://austudio.vinnn.my.id.

This Privacy Policy explains how AU Studio collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the AU Studio web application. By using AU Studio you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information we collect

• Account data (only if you sign in with Google): your Google name, email address, and profile picture, plus the projects, characters, and drafts you create.
• TikTok data (only if you connect TikTok): TikTok open ID, access and refresh tokens, granted scopes, and draft metadata (publish ID, title, description, media URLs, status). Media files themselves stay on your hosting until TikTok fetches them.
• Local drafts: drafts you keep without an account stay in your browser (localStorage) and are not uploaded to our server.
• Cookies and session data: we use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Technical logs: standard server logs (such as IP address, time, and requested page) used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

Information is used only to operate AU Studio: saving your projects, signing you in, connecting your TikTok account, querying creator information, and uploading drafts you explicitly confirm. We do not sell data, run advertising, or build profiles for advertising purposes.

3. Sharing and third parties

We share information only with: Google (sign-in),TikTok (only after you connect your account and confirm an upload, limited to the data that upload requires), and the infrastructure providers that host AU Studio and its database. We do not otherwise disclose your information, except when required by law.

4. Retention and deletion

Unreferenced uploads are cleaned up automatically. Disconnecting TikTok deletes the stored TikTok tokens. Deleting your projects removes their server copies. You can request full account deletion at any time using the contact email below, and we will act on it within a reasonable time.

5. Security

Uploads are stored outside the public web root with owner-only access, random filenames, and no directory listing. Mutations require a valid session from the same app origin. Access tokens are stored per user and are never shared with other users.

6. Children's privacy

AU Studio is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and you may disconnect TikTok or delete your projects at any time from within the App. To exercise any right, contact us at the email below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Continued use of AU Studio after changes means you accept the updated policy.
